Myra McElhaney is a speaker, corporate trainer and writer who helps companies improve workplace relationships and inspires people to push beyond their boundaries.
A consultant for over fifteen years, she works nationally with corporate clients, universities and professional trade associations. She has designed and presented keynote speeches, training programs and workshops on issues relating to workplace relationships. Topics include leadership, teambuilding, dealing with difficult people, communications, networking and women in business.
Her enviable client list reads like Who’s Who and includes companies and organizations such as Coca-Cola, BellSouth, Time Warner, Liz Claiborne, Georgia Power, JCPenney Credit Services, Delta Technology and Porsche Cars North America. Myra has consulted across a broad spectrum of industries including banking, healthcare, hospitality, telecommunications, transportation and much more.
Myra’s advice is often quoted in national and trade publications such as Investor's Business Daily, The Employment Review, McCall’s, Woman's World, PowerSelling, Healthcare Industry Executive, Value Retail News, The Employment Review, The Executive Report on Customer Retention, and The Atlanta Journal and Constitution. Myra currently serves on the board of The International Alliance of Women and served as co-chair of their 2006 Global Partnership Forum. She is on the board of The Possible Woman Foundation International and the Advisory Board of the Georgia Women’s Institute. She is a former board member of both the Georgia Executive Women’s Network and the Georgia chapter of the National Speaker’s Association. Her professional affiliations include membership in The National Association of Female Executives, the National Speakers Association and the Board of Directors Network.
